The purpose of the Constitutional Conservative party is twofold:

 

1.)   Enforce the Constitution by protecting all Americans from danger,

especially terroristic danger, whether in the U.S.A. or abroad.

            James Madison said “The powers delegated by the proposed constitution to the federal government are few and defined.” The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the States respectively or to the people (Amendment X.)

            The Federal Government has in many instances gone beyond its constitutional authority provided in the Constitution.  It has infringed upon states authority as well as private personal authority. God made the earth for man to use and man is the steward of God’s natural resources not the Federal Government.  The Department of Environmental Protection has put nature above the value of man.  The Constitutional Conservative Party values our natural resources and Americas beautiful landscape, however will not allow for any animal to have more rights than man and his family.

            The Federal Government must protect its people, however in reference to gun control, the 2nd Amendment states  “A weak regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Therefore the right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution. It may not be infringed upon nor denied. The Federal Government should not and is not permitted by the Constitution in any way to attempt to control the production and sale of guns and ammunition. Americans depend on this right for defense of family and property as they have since the conception of the Constitution.

            At this time all Americans are at risk regardless of their color, creed or national origin. Muslim terrorists believe it is an honor to kill and instill fear globally, especially Americans and our allies. The leadership under our president has done nothing to stop the Muslim terrorists when they kill Christians around the world.  Unless these Muslim terrorists are defeated at every in every terroristic plot, we will be heading towards a Christian Genocide.  For our own American self-preservation we must unite in one goal and one purpose, that is to defeat the Muslim Terrorists.  At present, Muslim terrorists are the greatest security challenge to America.

            With many years of individual differences, it is time to become the most united Christian nation the world has ever known.  We are all God’s children. Let us love one another as God loves us and may he continue to bless this great nation.

 

2.)  Operate the business of the federal government on a fiscally balanced budget in a conservative manner, without corruption.

            Federal Government employees must be responsible and accountable as employees. The Federal Government must adopt a monetary policy that will reverse the nation’s descent into unsustainable debt and ongoing fiscal irresponsibility.  This should include auditing of the Federal Reserve Bank and instill a sense of checks and balances to those given the responsibility of caring for our nations finances.

            Produce and buy American made products by adopting tariffs that are favorable to American workers. Encourage American companies via tax credits and a tariff structure to assure the growth of American made goods and energy.

            The Energy policy since its inception during the Carter presidency has been a total failure. The Constitution did not grant the Federal Government any such authority. Private property rights should be respected and the Federal Government should not interfere with the development of any and all energy sources. 

 

            Modify Affordable Health Care to reduce cost.  When the government stands between the patient and doctor everyone suffers.  The American people deserve to have a country with the highest standards of healthcare.
